The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil, yea, the Lord shall watch over thy going out and thy coming in, from this time forth, and even for evermore. ”
The Psalm ends, as all that introduce such a list of curses, with broad protection regarding every sphere of life. Let me stress that God has chosen to become our guardian willingly and for eternity.

Psalm 121 has been traditionally read at the time of travelling or at any time when facing moments of insecurity. This feels the believers of the protection of God, care, and the fact that they need not worry due to his almighty hand.
